Hotel Delinquency Up More Than 1000 BPS
Between July and August, loans included in commercial mortgage-backed securities saw delinquency deteriorate 21 basis points, according to Moody's Investors Service.
The rise was 156 BPS for just the hotel sector.
Compared to a year earlier, delinquency on securitized hotel mortgages has risen 1,050 BPS. -
Fed Holding HMDA Hearings
The Federal Reserve Board has held two hearings on the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.
A third hearing is scheduled at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago during September.
